Cerchiamo un Lead AI Engineer che autonomamente definisca e realizzi la roadmap tecnica di progetti AI di grande complessità, guidando team crossfunzione e portando a delivery iniziative con impatto diretto sul business. Ti verrà richiesto di semplificare problemi ambigui, prendere decisioni tecniche con ownership endtoend, e di formare persone del team elevando standard di qualità e velocità.
Responsabilità principali
Strategia & Architettura Tecnica: progettare ed evolvere architetture productiongrade per modelli LLM/ML e sistemi multiagente (toolusage, memory, orchestration), integrati nei servizi bancari.
