The Role

Lead by example on the sales floor, delivering an exceptional customer experience at all times

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and clienteling initiatives

Support the management team in driving sales performance through effective use of KPIs and selling tools

Actively engage with customers via in-store styling, follow‑up communication, and personalised service

Maintain high standards of store presentation, ensuring the space reflects the brand’s image and values

Participate in daily operational routines including open/close checklists, back‑of‑house organisation, and Division of Responsibility (DOR) execution

Act as a key support for the Store Manager in coaching, motivating, and developing junior team members

Contribute to a positive team environment, encouraging collaboration and a culture of feedback and continuous improvement

Demonstrate strong product knowledge and communicate key collection trends to both team and clients

Take ownership when working solo on store coverage, including all operational and service responsibilities

Requirements

Previous experience in a retail sales or supervisor role, ideally xbvzest within the fashion or lifestyle sector

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets while delivering a best-in-class customer experience
