Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced CSA Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team on a major data centre development in Milan, Italy.
The CSA Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of all civil, structural, and architectural packages, ensuring financial control, contractual compliance,



and value optimisation throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the commercial delivery of CSA packages from procurement through to final account.
- Prepare, review, and negotiate subcontract packages, including scope definition and pricing analysis.
- Monitor subcontractor performance against budget and programme.
- Assess and process interim valuations, variations, and final accounts.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage change control procedures in line with contract requirements.
- Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and financial updates for senior management.
- Support procurement activities, including tender analysis and subcontractor selection.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and risk management procedures.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure accurate cost capture and reporting.
