As an IT Project Manager, you will lead digital transformation initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring the successful delivery of complex IT projects for clients operating across different industries.

Your missions?
• Lead and coordinate multi-market rollouts, ensuring alignment across different regions.
• Manage project planning, dependencies, costs, quality and risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate clear communication and alignment among stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and resolve project issues and risks.
• Oversee testing, cutover, go-live and handover activities.
• Use Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and Power BI for project tracking and reporting.
• Ensure alignment with supply chain processes and best practices.




• Manage project budgets and ensure financial objectives are met.
Your profile?
• Degree in Business, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in international or supply chain projects.
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and Power BI.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Strong planning, communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic international environment.
Nice to have:
• Previous experience in Supply Chain projects and/or managing large-scale budgets would be a plus.
Nice to have
- Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications.

Work model
- Hybrid position: 1 day per week from one of our offices in Milan, Turin, Rome or Bologna.
