Our Company's strength lies in the breadth of our iconic brand portfolio, the diversity and passion of our 300,000 people, and our deep roots in the communities in which we operate We are looking for a Production Shift Manager The Shift Manager is responsible for the overall management of the production shift within the assigned production unit, ensuring the achievement of safety, quality, cost, delivery, and people-related objectives, in compliance with company standards and the Stellantis Industrial System (SIS). The role acts as an operational leader, promoting a culture of safety, accountability, continuous improvement, and people development. Main Responsibilities Shift and Operations Management Ensure the proper execution of production activities during the assigned shift Coordinate Supervisors, Team Leaders,



and operational resources Guarantee the achievement of production targets for UTEs/Operating Units Monitor shift performance (line stoppages, scrap, rework, NVAA, efficiency) Manage operational issues by making timely and structured decisions Verify the application of operating standards and basic conditions People Management and Leadership Manage, support, and develop Supervisors and Team Leaders within the shift Monitor attendance, absenteeism, and effective workforce utilization Foster continuous feedback and employee engagement Promote leadership behaviors aligned with Stellantis values Support performance evaluation, development, and recognition processes Health, Safety, and Environment Ensure the implementation of the Health and Safety Management System Coordinate the analysis of events, unsafe acts/conditions, near misses, and human errors Support safety, environmental, and process audits Promote environmental improvement initiatives in compliance with company
