long-term client relationships in line with the Company's client-first philosophyWork collaboratively within a small, entrepreneurial team with direct access to decision-makersOperate with full autonomy, free from product pressure or internal sales targetsYour ProfileSolid private banking background, ideally xivgfpx between 5 and 20 years of experienceAn established book of Italian HNW or UHNW clients, either as an individual or as part of a small team of 2 to 4 bankersEntrepreneurial mindset with a discreet, client-centric approachBased in Milan or open to relocationFluency in English is required; proficiency in Italian is a strong advantage
