ResponsibilitiesMission: As a Junior Sales within the Italian FX & Emerging Markets Sales team, you will support the coverage and development of institutional clients by providing solutions across Foreign Exchange and Emerging Markets products. You will work closely with Sales, Trading, Structuring and Research teams to deliver value-added ideas, execution capabilities and market insights to clients.

- Support the team in providing best-in-class coverage to Italian clients across FX and EM asset classes
- Contribute to the origination and execution of FX transactions, including options and structured solutions
- Develop a solid understanding of FX market dynamics, pricing mechanisms and execution processes
- Build knowledge of Emerging Markets products, including local currency bonds and interest rate derivatives
- Assist senior salespeople in developing and strengthening relationships with Italian institutional clients
- Liaise with Trading desks to support pricing, execution and market intelligence sharing
- Coordinate with internal support functions to address pre-trade and post-trade matters efficiently
- Work closely with Structuring, Research, Coverage and other business partners to deliver tailored client solutions
- Collaborate with sales colleagues across regions to share market opportunities and client insights
- Ensure full compliance with risk limits, internal policies, regulatory requirements and compliance standards
- Promote a strong risk culture and contribute positively to the team's collaborative environment
Profile requiredStudies & experience
- Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in FX Sales, Markets Sales or a related role within a financial institution
