Job Purpose: As an NPI Artwork Supply Planner, you will play a pivotal role in enabling the successful launch of new products, acquisitions and re-brand projects by leading artwork-related activities from regulatory submission through to first launch waves. You will coordinate across markets, site, CMOs,



supply chain strategy, Regulatory labelling, external artwork providers and wider artwork and packaging supply chain teams to ensure regulatory mock-ups and artwork inputs are accurate, compliant and fit for purpose. Acting as a trusted point of contact, you will provide clear guidance on the most effective artwork delivery approach for each business scenario, helping teams navigate complexity, manage priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes in line with current processes, brand requirements and supply chain expectations.
Responsibilities Project manage end-to-end artwork process steps associated with regulatory submission and first launch waves, aligned with the NPI delivery process.
Act as the primary artwork contact for assigned NPI and/or NBD projects, attending project meetings and providing guidance on artwork service delivery, priorities and ways of working.
