This person will be based in our office in Milan (with the possibility of hybrid remote working) and report to the EPC Director.
What you'll do
- Act as the EPC Director's key technical partner, supporting strategic and operational decisions across the project portfolio.
- Oversee engineering activities throughout the full project lifecycle, from early-stage development and feasibility through procurement, construction, commissioning and operations.




- Review and approve technical studies, layouts, designs, energy-yield assessments and risk analyses, ensuring quality, consistency and compliance with applicable standards.
- Play a central role in site engineering activities for utility-scale renewable energy projects, supporting both pre-construction and construction phases, ensuring that technical design, site constraints and constructability requirements are properly integrated into project execution.
- Work closely with Development, Procurement, Construction, Investment, Legal and Asset Management teams to support project delivery, financing and divestment.
- Lead the technical aspects of tenders, bid evaluations, equipment selection and support the negotiations with EPC contractors, consultants and suppliers.
