Are you a relationship-oriented sales professional passionate about helping restaurants grow and succeed?
We are seeking an Account Manager (Field Based) to manage and expand restaurant partnerships across the Tuscany region. In this hybrid role, you will work directly with restaurant and grocery partners to drive commercial growth, increase customer satisfaction, improve operational efficiency, and maximize performance on the platform.
As a trusted advisor and business partner, you will play a key role in helping partners grow their businesses while contributing to the continued expansion of Just Eat Takeaway's marketplace presence.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Partner Growth
- Manage and grow a portfolio of restaurant and grocery partners across the Tuscany region.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with restaurant owners and decision-makers.
- Develop strategic account plans focused on revenue growth and partner success.




- Conduct regular face-to-face partner visits to strengthen engagement and performance.

Business Development & Revenue Optimization
- Help partners increase order volumes and improve business performance.
- Identify opportunities to:
- Increase Average Order Value (AOV)
- Improve Marketplace Visibility
- Drive Customer Acquisition
- Increase Repeat Orders
- Recommend promotional, operational, and commercial strategies to support growth.
- Monitor account performance and implement improvement initiatives.

Partner Onboarding & Activation
- Support new restaurant partners through the onboarding process.
- Ensure partners are successfully activated and optimized on the platform.
- Educate partners on platform tools, programs, and best practices.
- Accelerate time-to-value and early performance success for new accounts.

Customer Success & Business Consulting
- Act as a trusted advisor for restaurant partners.
