About the role We are looking for a Red X Problem Solving Expert to join our global engineering organization and become the technical reference for complex manufacturing and quality challenges across our operations worldwide.
In this highly visible role, you will lead high-impact investigations, identify the dominant causes of variation, and drive sustainable improvements using the renowned Shainin Red X methodology and advanced statistical tools.

Responsibilities Lead complex root cause investigations utilizing Shainin Red X methodology.
Drive breakthrough solutions for chronic manufacturing and quality issues.
Facilitate cross-functional problem-solving activities across global production facilities.
Apply advanced statistical methods including DOE, Regression Analysis, Process Capability Analysis, and Minitab.
Identify dominant sources of variation and process instability.
Conduct failure analysis of components, assemblies, and manufacturing processes.
Support critical customer escalations and major quality incidents.
Coach and develop engineers, quality professionals, and plant teams in structured problem-solving techniques.
Standardize and promote best-in-class problem-solving methodologies across the organization.
Collaborate closely with Product Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, R&D;, Operations, and Supplier Quality teams.
Support new product launches through proactive identification and mitigation of process risks.
