You will lead a team of professionals in charge of customer management and deliveries, production planning, internal and external flows management, and continuous improvement.
You will also ensure the adherence to the PC&L; standard processes and the department budget.Your profile and competencies to succeedMinimum education level:Master's degree in industrial or supply-chain management highly preferred, Bachelors degree minimum requirementProfessional Experience: At least 5 years of experience in production control and logistics, preferably in the automotive industryExperience in operations, including Safety and Quality basics Skills and competencies: Minimum English language requiredCustomer orientation / Leadership / Team spirit / Autonomy /Rigor / Openness to new ideasKnowledge of the ERP processes and tools, and the ability to detect, understand, and solve issuesKnowledge of the APICS and Faurecia system principlesStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to build good relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as sales, customers, purchasing, suppliers, program team, engineering, and plant staffingRespect of the Faurecia code of management and values, and the ability to promote the "Being Forvia" spiritKnowledge of employee em
