What you will do Define and implement strategies for tenders, contracts, and related business processes aligned with commercial priorities
Lead, coach and develop a team of approximately 10 specialists, monitoring performance through defined KPIs and engagement indicators
Manage end-to-end tender and contract lifecycle, ensuring timely submission, compliance, and high-quality deliverables




Drive strategic decision-making by integrating competitive insights, scenario analysis, and performance tracking (win/loss ratios, pipeline conversion)
Influence cross-functional stakeholders (sales, marketing, compliance, legal) to strengthen business decisions and outcomes
Ensure full compliance with applicable public procurement regulations and internal policies
Monitor and optimize pipeline, contract governance, and risk management frameworks to support business planning
Lead process improvement and transformation initiatives (standardization, simplification, digitalization) to increase efficiency and scalability
What you need Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Law, Public Administration or related field
