Transition :TakeontheCEOrole,withastructuredtransitionplanthatincludesleadershiphandoverand relationship-building with key stakeholders.




Operation :Leadthecompany'soperations,supportedbyAIA'steamingovernance,reporting,andcompliancetocreateandexecuteavalue-drivengrowthplan.
Exit :PrepareandexecuteanexitstrategyinpartnershipwithAIA,maximizingreturnsandensuringasustainable future for the business.
