As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead large scale, technically sophisticated automation projects across EMEA. You will be the strategic driver of project success, ensuring alignment between customer expectations, contractual commitments, and organisational goals. You will operate as a trusted partner to our clients, building long term, credibility based relationships that underpin successful delivery.
Although this role has no direct line management responsibilities,



you will lead through influence—guiding cross functional team and shaping best practices within the execution of the projects to ensure every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The base range of this role, at the time of posting, is estimated to be the following should this role be filled in the respective country:
Italy: 55,125, - 80,850 (Compensation will be aligned with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement, namely the CBA , Metalmeccanico Industria)
Lithuania: 54,000 - 79,200
Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
