Order Manager Trainee
Flender is a worldwide leader in the production of gearboxes, generators and couplings for Wind and Industrial applications. We are seeking a motivated young trainee for an extra‑curricular internship to support Order Management and Business Control activities within Flender Italia. The new team member will join the Wind Italy Business Unit, a fast‑growing organization collaborating with the leading operators of the Wind Industry across Italy and Southern Europe.
Main tasks:
Entering and managing orders and related documentation in SAP and other company tools.
Maintaining regular communication with Flender factories/suppliers for continuous updates on lead time of Goods and Services.
Collaborating proactively with colleagues in Italy and abroad, to ensure on‑time deliveries.
Cross-functional communication with Sales, Logistic and Finance departments.
Supporting Business Control with invoice‑checking tasks and reporting.

Economic/Accounting education.
Attention to details and precision.
Proactive problem solving.
Ability to work in team.
Flexibility to adapt to new procedures and real‑time changes.
Time and priorities management.
Willing to learn and grow within the company.
Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
Desirable skills:
Basic experience in Order Management (for example during "Alternanza scuola-lavoro”).
Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, …).
Working Conditions:
After onboarding, it will be possible to adopt a hybrid model (Office + Homeoffice).
