What You'll Do

The EMESA People PA Manager is part of the EMESA People PA Team.
Each of the team members acts as People PA Manager for 2 PAs, all on EMESA level, and thus each works closely with different R-PALs and PA Leadership Teams. Together as a team they collaborate by defining common approaches to the responsibilities described below, by establishing relationships with the central functions (CD, Staffing, Finance, Analytics, etc.), by sharing Best Practices, and by implementing new people-related approaches and strategies on EMESA level.
The EMESA People PA Manager is working closely with the R-PAL and the Regional Leadership Team of their 2 PAs, to help define and deliver the People Agenda for the 2 PAs on Regional level, based on each PA’s plans and pyramid implications. The People PA Manager collaborates with the local and regional HR functions (EH Recruiting, Staffing, Career Development, ECT) and with the PA (Regional PA Manager, GPMD) to deliver on the defined
