As an Offering Sales Practitioner Manager, you will lead the end-to-end sales process for Global Capability Centers (GCCs), Global Business Services (GBS), and Captive solutions, from opportunity identification through deal closure. Partnering with cross-functional teams, you will shape tailored solutions, build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders, develop compelling proposals, and drive growth across industries and geographies. You will also leverage market insights, industry trends, and Accenture's capabilities to help clients design and scale high-impact GCC, GBS, BOT, and Captive operating models.
Job Summary
Drive pipeline growth and improve win rates by leveraging a strong understanding of GCC, GBS and Captive models, services and market dynamics.
Understand the client’s industry context, business priorities and competitive landscape, identifying opportunities to position Accenture’s GCC,
GBS and Captive services, assets and expertise in line with their needs.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout solution shaping and delivery setup, bringing together relevant Accenture solutions and capabilities and leading Go-to-Market activities.
Ensure differentiated outcomes for clients by aligning solutions with their expectations, business needs and contractual commitments.
Shape solutions across key service areas, including Automation, Recruitment, Transition, Captive Assist and Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT), while driving strategic, financial and operational decisions across active deals.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to role, level, seniority, responsibility, skillset, and level of experience.
