This is a high-impact product leadership opportunity focused on owning and scaling a core product area within a fast-growing technology environment. You will shape product strategy and roadmap while improving experiences for both applicants and business users. The role combines customer discovery, product design, data-driven decision-making, and technical collaboration. You will work closely with Engineering, Data Science, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and external partners to deliver measurable business outcomes. Success requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a focus on reducing friction, increasing automation, and improving trust throughout the customer journey. Accountabilities
Own the product strategy, vision, roadmap,



and prioritization for a core product area, spanning customer experiences, backend capabilities, and go-to-market considerations.
Improve applicant- and business-facing workflows by reducing friction, simplifying experiences, and using automation to minimize unnecessary manual processes.
Translate customer needs, business priorities, data, and market insights into clear product opportunities, requirements, and actionable solutions.
Partner closely with Engineering and Data Science teams to define solutions, evaluate technical trade-offs, address edge cases, and deliver high-quality product experiences.
Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, property management stakeholders, and external partners to ensure strong cross-functional alignment and successful product adoption.
