Take a key commercial role as CSA Quantity Surveyor , managing the financial and contractual performance of complex Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) packages.
Work alongside Project Directors, Commercial Managers, CSA Leads, Construction Managers, Planning Teams and Client Representatives on one of Europe's most technically advanced Mission-Critical Data Centre projects.
Long-term pipeline of Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Industrial, Semiconductor and Advanced Manufacturing projects across Italy and mainland Europe.
Excellent opportunity to progress into Senior CSA Quantity Surveyor, Commercial Manager, CSA Commercial Lead or Commercial Director positions.

About the Opportunity
A leading Tier 1 Contractor is seeking an experienced CSA Quantity Surveyor to join its growing commercial team based in Milan, Italy , initially supporting the successful delivery of a major Hyperscale Data Centre .
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced CSA Quantity Surveyor , Civil Quantity Surveyor , Construction Quantity Surveyor , Commercial Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to commercially manage major Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) packages on one of Italy's largest Data Centre developments.
