As Head of Key Account Management, you will lead BauWatch Italy's strategy for developing and managing strategic accounts. You will be responsible for defining and executing the Key Account strategy, leading the Key Account team and working closely with the Sales Manager Italy, Marketing, Operations and the international Group teams.
You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth,
building long-term strategic partnerships and strengthening BauWatch's position as the preferred security partner in the Italian market.
Key Responsibilities Define and execute the Key Account Management strategy in line with the company's growth objectives.
Lead, coach and develop the Key Account team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
Manage relationships with strategic customers and build long-term partnerships with key stakeholders across the Construction, Infrastructure and Renewables sectors.
Identify new business opportunities and negotiate high-value commercial agreements.
Develop and strengthen a network of strategic partners, including rental companies, construction firms, EPC contractors, security companies and project developers.
Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager Italy and the Direct Sales Team to maximize commercial opportunities and ensure a coordinated go-to-market approach.
