Paytm is seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of premier merchants and drive activation, engagement, and growth in payments solutions. You will expand GMV across QR, UPI, Soundbox, and EDC while identifying cross-sell opportunities and maintaining strong merchant relationships.
The ideal candidate has 1–4 years in KAM/B2B sales in FinTech or payments, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools. MBA is a plus.
