About The Job
The Director of Sales is responsible for leading the hotel’s sales team, including Sales Managers and Coordinators, and collaborating closely with Marketing, Revenue Management, Reservations and other departments to deliver exceptional business results.
As Director of Sales, you will responsible for the following duties:
- Responsible for driving revenue production and market share growth for Mandarin Oriental, Rome.
- Lead the hotel’s sales team, including Sales Managers and Coordinators, and collaborate closely with Marketing, Revenue Management, Reservations and other departments to deliver exceptional business results.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, luxury travel agencies, corporate clients, and event planners to position the hotel as the preferred luxury destination in the regi
