Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager - Photo Specialist Channel who will be responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with the assigned Photo Specialist partners, driving sustainable business growth across Canon’s full product portfolio while delivering an enhanced partner experience.

The role focuses on managing and expanding existing business opportunities, ensuring the achievement of sales targets across Canon’s Imaging and Printing portfolio, and within B2C, B2P and B2B business segments.

The successful candidate will combine strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and strategic planning capabilities to maximize partner performance, to identify new growth opportunities and to drive long-term business success through effective cross-functional coordination and collaboration.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Results-driven: responsible for achieving sales targets for the assigned Partners and ensuring timely execution of all related business activities and follow-up actions.




- Full Account ownership: develop, implement and monitor strategic and tactical business plans, co‑ordinating all relevant resources to enable achievement of business objectives for all the assigned Partners.
- Strong field presence: monthly visits of key assigned Partners to ensure affective market coverage, strong relationships and identification of new growth opportunities.
- Cross-functional collaboration: act as the primary business owner for the assigned partners, coordinating cross-functional teams and resources to drive sustainable long‑term growth.
- Data-driven: monitor and analyse the partner inventory and sell out data to optimise monthly business performances as well as create commercial opportunities at local level.
- Forecast management: own the forecasting process for assigned partners, providing accurate monthly sales forecasts, identifying any additional opportunities.
