We are looking for a TECHNICAL INSIDE SALES employee to support our Sales Managers and distribution partners and take ownership of the internal coordination of customer projects: Location Verona or Cortaccia (Alto Adige)
Compiti
Your responsibilities
- Project coordination: Independent management of customer projects from inquiry to delivery — in close alignment with sales, engineering, and production.
- Technical consulting: Supporting customers and sales teams with guidance and recommendations for project success.
- Customer support: Serving as the direct point of contact for customers on project-related and technical matters.
- Quotation & order management: Preparing customized quotes, following up,



and providing accurate cost information.
- Product knowledge: Continuously deepening and maintaining knowledge of products and services.
- Internal coordination: Collaborating with internal technical departments to resolve complex technical issues.

Requisiti
Your profile
- Technical training or degree
- Basic knowledge of Autodesk AutoCAD and/or experience with DIALux evo software is an advantage
- Proficiency with common MS Office applications as well as ERP and CRM environments
- Strong organizational skills and a structured working style
- Excellent German or English skills, good knowledge of Italian
- Customer-oriented mindset and a hands-on attitude
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
