As an Administration Specialist at Kuehne+Nagel, you will be part of the Operations team, responsible for collecting and managing all documents related to inbound/outbound goods, ensuring proper administration of information, completing data entry and reporting activities using custom software and tools.
How you create impact
- Support Operations by checking and collating delivery notes, run and seal sheets, and keeping all materials organized following local procedures.
- Process all incoming and outgoing documentation for the department, including delivery notes, CMR, and export declarations.
- Collaborate with Operations to create and update local operative procedures and ways to communicate administrative information.
- Complete daily administrative duties such as processing receipts, taking records, and handling inbound/outbound documentation.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting in local systems.
What we would like you to bring
- 0–2 years of experience in large‑scale (>300 FTE) highly automated fulfillment operations, with strong preference for eCommerce,
fashion, or retail.
- Experience in fast‑paced environments where analytical skills, root‑cause identification, and metric‑based problem prediction are crucial.
- Expertise in logistics administrative activities, use of data‑entry software, and regular report generation.
- Solid exposure to teamwork in logistics or high‑volume productive contexts.
