Franke Group in Fabriano, Italy, is seeking a Customer Quality Engineer to manage selected customers and reduce defect rates. You will ensure contractual quality requirements are met throughout project phases, support audits, and drive cross-functional improvements.
The role requires a engineering degree, 2–3 years in quality in industrial settings, fluent English, and strong analytical and communication skills. Travel abroad is expected; SAP and Minitab experience is a plus.
