Joining the Extended Scope team, you will be responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of complex projects, innovative products, related activities and resources. As CTS Project Manager you will be responsible for project delivery,



profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources.

As Project Manager - Climate Technology Solutions you will be responsible for:
- driving your team and engaging all supporting functions as needed to smoothly execute in compliance with the contractual commitments
- being the to-go person for project stakeholders and a guide to get opportunities out of challenges and unpredictable changes
- making sure that project financials, on-time delivery and quality excellence meet and exceed targets
- addressing and resolving any project related matters, from reporting status at all levels, to risks mitigation, to project close out.
- acting as innovator, creating execution models suitable of large EPC projects, including NPD content and partnerships with external companies
