Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the CHC strategy for Western Europe, ensuring alignment across markets and stakeholders
- Establish go-to-market model and channel strategy with focus on customer centricity
- Partner closely with country teams to assess and optimize go-to-market approaches and commercial execution
- Establish frameworks and standard ways of working to enhance consistency and performance across markets
- Identify growth opportunities, build business cases, and lead end-to-end implementation
- Lead through influence in a highly matrixed environment, ensuring alignment and adoption across countries
- Contribute to CHC portfolio expansion, including support for M&A; opportunities in the region
- Build the foundation for future regional capabilities (e.g., digital marketing, e-commerce) and evolve the Target Operating Model
Profile / Requirements
Must‑have
- Extensive experience in Consumer Healthcare and OTC, ideally within a pharmaceutical environment
- Proven ability to combine strategy development with hands‑on execution and delivery
- Track record of building or scaling functions, processes, or capabilities from the ground up
- Strong commercial acumen with experience improving go-to-market models and salesforce effectiveness
- Ability to identify opportunities, build business cases, and deliver measurable results
- Experience working across multiple markets and leading through influence in a matrix environment
- Strong stakeholder management, networking, and communication skills
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on impact and outcomes
