You will operate in a constantly evolving scenario, where national and international regulations intertwine with market and public opinion expectations on crucial topics such as ethics, transparency, and corporate governanceSpecifically you will be tasked with:Tax due diligence reviews of extraordinary transactions (mergers, demergers, acquisitions, contributions, etc);
Corporate restructuring;
Analyses of the treatment of extraordinary transactions according to national accounting standards (OIC) and international ones (IAS/IFRS);
National and International tax opinions;
Applications for tax rulings;
Preparation of corporateincome tax returns (Modello Unico and Modello IRAP).You will be involved in national and international projects, working alongside highly qualified professionals and acquiring top-level skills through interaction with the brightest minds in the field.Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristicsThis is the perfect opportunity for you if you have:3-5 years of professional experience at International Law Firms, the Big Four and/or Advisory Firms;
A master’s degree in Economics (LM-77 or LM-56) or Law(LMG-01), with a final grade of at least 100/110;
The intention to pursue the professional practiceas a Chartered Accountantor Lawyer;
