Are you ambitious, motivated and eager to learn all about investing in Direct Real Estate? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

The resource will be focused on Italian and European markets, with the purpose to support Asset Management activities for Direct Real Estate investments.

Support the daily management and oversight of the Direct Real Estate Investments of UBS funds and mandates
Support the assessment of investment opportunities, business plan review and H/S analysis
Business plan implementation, including leasing, CapEX strategies
Assist the coordination and supervision of audit and administrative processes;
Data analysis including market research, reporting, presentations and cash-flow modelling
