Your Role
We are looking for a brilliant and passionate person who will join the ongoing development of our CRM area and manage the project deployment of digital transformation.
We are looking for an CRM professional focused on implementation, data migration, and configuration and that will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts mainly in domain of After Sales.
You will be a key part of our international rollout, and you will join our HQ IT team being part of our strategy in configuration, support, and improvement.
Your Impact
- Collaborate with business teams to define requirements and design solutions aligned with strategic goals
- Support end-to-end delivery of SFDC projects with HQ IT and vendors
- Configure SFDC and assist in functional analysis
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users
- Ensure continuous support and improvement of SFDC solutions
