Belmond is seeking an Assistant Front Desk Manager for Splendido in Portofino. In this role, you will support the Front Desk Manager and supervise the reception team to ensure exceptional guest experiences. Your expertise in luxury hotel operations and profound customer service skills will be invaluable.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2-3 years experience in 5-star hotels, speaks fluent Italian and English, and possesses strong leadership qualities. We offer a seasonal Labour contract, competitive salary, and excellent benefits including accommodation and free bus ticket.
