Your Role
Are you a budding talent eager to dive into the dynamic world of pet nutrition? As a trainee at Affinity Petcare, you'll have the exciting opportunity to grow as FP&A; (Financial Planner & Analyst).
What you will do
- Support financial closing activities and monthly reporting.
- Support budget preparation (monthly, annual, forecasts, and presentations).
- Support variance analysis between actual results and budget, proposing corrective actions where necessary.
- Participate in ad hoc special projects with the Sales & Marketing team.
- Take an active role in key internal business processes and company meetings.
What we are looking for
- Undergraduate or graduate student, or recent graduate, in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- English is one of our primary working languages.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent proficiency in Excel.
- Positive mindset, passion, and a strong team-oriented attitude.
- Proactive approach to work.
- Strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
- Project management skills, including organization and planning abilities.
- Customer- and consumer-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and effectively interact with stakeholders.
