Balmain Firenze is seeking a Luxury Sales Ambassador to welcome clients and deliver first-class service. You will build loyalty, maximise sales, and support the Sales Team to ensure smooth transactions both on- and off-floor.
You will maintain product knowledge, follow brand standards, manage client relationships via CRM, and assist with stock, visual merchandising, and back-of-house tasks. Fluency in Italian and English is required.
