Your main goal will be to build and lead an engineering team that thrives in a fast-moving AI-native world - developing engineers, creating clarity, and delivering meaningful outcomes with strong technical judgment. This is a first-line engineering leadership role for someone who is deeply technical, but whose real strength is building teams: empowering engineers on their growth path, aligning stakeholders, and helping people move with confidence as technology, customer needs, and opportunities evolve quickly around them.
We have 2 Engineering Managers openings for our new teams shaping how n8n scales as an enterprise product:
- Governance & Observability: gives admins full visibility into what's running in n8n and the controls to enforce how it's used (audit logs, monitoring dashboards, usage insights, admin controls, and rules that keep large organizations compliant and in control).
- Licence & Billing: owns how n8n is licensed, metered, and billed across Cloud and Enterpri
