Ecolab is seeking a Production Manager to lead all manufacturing activities in the Verona plant, driving safety, quality, and efficiency. You will develop production plans, monitor KPI performance, and foster cross-functional collaboration to support growth and customer satisfaction.
The role requires a strong GMP background, Lean/Six Sigma experience, and leadership of production teams in a highly regulated environment. Italian fluency and English proficiency are essential.
