Work closely with the Product Software Development, Technical Office and R&D; teams to design and deploy systems in line with the specific project requirements and IT strategy. Follow Change Management processes and be responsible for common Infrastructure changes (Networking, VPNs, Firewalls, etc..), including the planning and implementation of updates.



Collaborate with other teams to ensure appropriate monitoring controls are in place, identify requirements & issue and propose proactive solutions. Oversee and design monitoring systems, including Zabbix and Influxdb, to get insights and proactively resolve problems before service disruption. Investigate and troubleshoot on system and software configuration and related performance issues Automate the provisioning and maintenance of internal IT personal assets Research and recommend innovative, and where possible, automated approaches for system administration tasks Perform complete life cycle management of compute hardware, including deployment, configuration, refresh, and decommissioning Provide engineering support for compute infrastructure; this will include monitoring and troubleshooting compute-related problems Extensively partner with business groups and vendors to consult on technical solutions which move the business forward C
