Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Contract Type: Full-time
We are looking for German-speaking Video Content Analysts to join a dynamic team supporting a leading Video Streaming Platform. In this role, you will help ensure a safe, high-quality, and compliant user experience by reviewing and evaluating video content according to platform policies and guidelines. This position is suitable for candidates with or without prior contact center experience, as full training will be provided.
Review, analyze, and moderate video content to ensure compliance with platform policies and community standards.
Make consistent and well-reasoned decisions based on internal policies and procedures.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve moderation processes and content accuracy.




Native or near-native German proficiency.
B2 level or higher in English.
Ability to work on-site in Lisbon (LACS Santos).
Comfort working with digital content and online platforms.
Previous experience in content moderation or contact centers is a plus, but not required.
Paid training and continuous learning opportunities.
Stable full-time position with a fixed weekday schedule.
Relocation and mobility support, if applicable.
Relocation Support (for candidates outside Continental Portugal)
~ Relocation premio of €2,500 (gross), paid with the first payroll cycle.
~€1,500 gross support for candidates relocating within Portugal (100 km or more from Lisbon).
