Your Role And Responsibilities
As part of our strategic growth in Energy Management and electronic products, we are seeking a Quality Specialist to join our team in Vittuone, Italy. The electronic products segment represents a key growth area for ABB, and we are seeking a Quality Specialist with electronics backgrounds to ensure the highest quality standards across our expanding product portfolio. In this role, you will act as reference for Quality Planning activities, supporting product and process quality from the early stages of development through series production. Your understanding of electronic components, PCB assemblies,
and related manufacturing processes will be essential to drive quality excellence in our products. You will collaborate cross-functionally with R&D;, Lab, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and suppliers to ensure that quality requirements are defined, deployed, and met in line with ABB standards and customer expectations. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to ABB's technological advancement in the energy management and electronics sectors.
This role is contributing to the Electrification/Smart Building and reports to Quality Planning Manager. This is a position with global grade 14; we could consider hiring a less experienced candidate (grade 15).
