Position
We are currently on the lookout for a skilled Senior Supply Planner to join our Planning Department, located in Asolo. In this role, you will be responsible for translating Demand into precise Supply Plans, balancing seasonality of products with suppliers capacity. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who is looking to introduce advanced planning methods and external best practices in a dynamically growing work environment.
Main Responsibilities
Supply Planning:
You will build medium (6-12 months) and long-term (12-24 months) supply plans for the assigned product categories (eg. Racing Helmets), across a significant portfolio of Asian suppliers.
You will translate demand forecast into purchase plans (including issuing PO), considering product seasonal peaks, MOQs, lead times, tooling constraints into all your capacity decisions, so to prevent cost escalation and minimize surcharges.
You will work with Make-to-Stock and Make-to-Order flows, including replenishment for eCommerce.
You will identify supply risks (capacity, delays, constraints), report on capacity utilization, highlighting inefficiencies and proposing continuous improvements in order to reduce wasted capacity.
You will collaborate with Demand Planning to challenge the plan when capacity constraints or cost risks arise.
