Role Overview This Junior Financial Analyst will support and provide analytical insight to the local business team in Milan, working closely with Marketing and Commercial functions as a finance business partner.Responsibilities
Prepare meaningful and actionable reporting including budget, variance and depletions reports.
Produce accurate and timely financial reports, including forecasting and monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
Support preparation of presentations for actuals, budget and forecasts.
Act as the first point of contact for marketing brand expense budget control.
Assist regional brand leadership with analysis of brand performance, effectiveness, A&P; spend and analytics to support annual strategy.
Carry out ad‑hoc analysis, special projects and support other areas of the Finance Team.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather data, identify trends and provide insights.
Maintain SOX/Audit controls and reporting.
Support the Finance Manager with daily department activities.
Qualifications
~ Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Economics,
Management Engineering or a related field.
~2+ years of relevant experience in commercial financial analysis or FP&A.;
~ Fluency in English.
~ Strong financial and analytical abilities.
~ Excellent Excel skills.
~ Experience with SAP HANA and BI/BW preferred.
