Metlen Energy & Metals is seeking an Asset Rotation transactions coordinator to oversee sell-side due diligence for renewable assets. You will bridge financial analysis, due diligence coordination, and deal execution, ensuring thorough documentation and timely delivery across VDR, Q&A;, and process materials.
You will coordinate across internal teams and external advisers, maintain dashboards, and support senior management with high-quality presentations and reporting.
