WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
Nikeoperatesin a highly collaborative environment. This role sits within a team of HR professionals and business stakeholders, reporting to the People Solutions Director for the region. The role partners closely with people managers across Italy, supporting both corporate and store-based teams.
The individual collaborates with the EMEA HQ People Solutions organization and Centers of Expertise to implement programs, represent local requirements, andleveragespecialist knowledge. In addition, the role connects with People Solutions Consulting peers across regions to exchange insights, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement. Strong stakeholder management across retail and corporate teams is critical to ensuring teammate needs and business priorities are clearly understood and effectively represented.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Nike is looking for an experienced, solutions-oriented HR professional to support teammates across Italy, based in the Milan office.
This role plays a critical role in shaping the end-to-end team-mate experience in the region.



It deliversexpertiseacross a wide range of HR topics and provides high-quality, consistent support to both retail and corporate teams in close partnership with business leaders, HR teams, and EMEA Headquarters.
The successful candidate approaches challenges with curiosity and accountability, translating business needs into scalable, practical solutions. They build strong, trust-based relationships and use deep HRexpertiseto elevate the teammate’s experience whileidentifyingopportunities to simplify, improve, and innovate.
You will bring:
- Comprehensive HR generalist knowledge and strong business acumen, especially on retail environment. specially carrying out investigations, Employee Relations or Legal counseling
- Experience in training delivery and participating in HR/Employee relations projects
- Demonstrated experience managing high-volume HR casework
Experience in a dynamic retail env
