About the Role

We are looking for a Mechanical Design Specialist to join our Manufacturing team in Piacenza. This position is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or a professional with 1–2 years of experience who is passionate about engineering, eager to learn, and willing to take ownership in a rapidly evolving organization. The Mechanical Design Specialist will support the technical development of our manufacturing projects,



acting as a key interface between Energy Dome's internal teams, external engineering partners and manufacturing operations. The role combines technical coordination, engineering development and product industrialization activities, offering a unique opportunity to contribute directly to the evolution of an innovative energy storage technology.

Responsibilities
- Support the technical development of manufacturing projects and customer orders.
- Collaborate with external engineering partners to develop and review technical documentation and drawings.
- Interface with Energy Dome Engineering and Project teams to ensure alignment with project requirements and technical specifications.
- Support the definition and optimization of manufacturing solutions and product configurations.
- Contribute to product industrialization and continuous improvement activities.
