Jefferson Wells Italia is seeking a Head of Merchandising for a prestigious luxury streetwear brand. The role defines the global merchandising strategy, shapes the product offering, and leads assortment architecture, pricing, collection planning and market go-to-market execution.
The position partners with Design, Product Development, Production, Sales and Regional teams to ensure collections are commercially successful, on-brand, and tailored to market needs and distribution channels.
