Italy-Based Project Manager – Design

Currie & Brown Italia is seeking a Project Manager for its Milan office.
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management or equivalent (preferred qualification).
- 3–5 years of experience in managing projects of medium complexity and value
- Excellent technical writing skills, client-facing abilities, and communication skills (both internal and external).
- Strong team-working attitude, reliability, and operational flexibility.
- Excellent written and spoken English, in addition to full fluency in Italian.

Responsibilities
- Support the management of design and construction phases of projects.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including designers, architects, engineers, contractors, and building management and safety consultants.
- Lead design coordination in relation to design guidelines and constraints.




- Maintain effective communication to ensure all project information is available for successful delivery; liaise with other managers to ensure efficient control.
- Support cost management activities.
- Deliver all project outputs accurately and on time.
- Conduct meetings with contractors, site teams, and clients.
- Manage procurement activities.
- Carry out snagging activities.
- Manage and coordinate site activities.
