Responsibilities
As a Junior UX Designer, you will own the design dimension of our product from early-stage analysis to polished interfaces, working closely with developers and the Product Owner. Your core focus will be on
UX Design: Ideate and create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to explore and communicate design ideas. Define information architecture, interaction patterns, and visual hierarchy that make our product intuitive and delightful to use.
User Research & Testing: Plan and conduct research and tests, analyze user feedback, and translate findings into concrete design and product choices.
Use data from Firebase and Google Analytics to validate design decisions.
Product Collaboration & Analysis: Work with the Product Owner and engineering team to ensure designs are understood and faithfully implemented. Contribute to feature analysis by describing functionality, evaluating user feedback, and advocating for the end-user perspective throughout the development cycle.

Our two-week sprints involve defining product requirements through design sprints, closely following the development cycle across multiple platforms.
