OPEN POSITION: MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR The selected candidate will join the Service Department.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure the correct execution of assemblies and installation of machines and equipment according to project specifications and within the scheduled timelines
Inspections may take place in the workshop after the fabrication of machines or on-site at the end of installation activities
Coordinate teams of workers (always referring exclusively to their team leaders), whether the activities are performed directly or through subcontractors, ensuring correct execution of assembly, installation, and commissioning of machines and systems
Verify that installation activities are carried out according to established instructions and procedures, ensuring the required quality standards
Generally, the Mechanical Supervisor does not perform direct work but monitors the results achieved by the assembly teams. However, on-site during assembly or commissioning, occasional minor adjustment tasks using manual or electric tools may be required
