SAP HCM PA/OM Consultant
Role: SAP HCM PA/OM Consultant
We are seeking a SAP HCM Consultant specialized in Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM) to support HR transformation and maintenance initiatives.
Responsibilities
Configure and maintain SAP HCM Personnel Administration and Organizational Management modules.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
Manage organizational structures, positions, jobs and personnel data.
Support integration with other SAP HCM components.
Conduct system testing and user support activities.
Prepare functional documentation and training materials.
Participate in implementation and enhancement projects.
Requirements
Strong experience in SAP HCM PA and OM.
Good understanding of HR business processes.
Experience with SAP HCM configuration and customization.
Knowledge of integration points within the SAP HCM landscape.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Language Skills
German language skills are strongly preferred.
English language skills are acceptable.
